The Magic Seas Travel messaging program is a mixed marketing and informational program operated by Magic Seas Travel, LLC and sent from 866-652-6151. Once you opt in, we may send you:

You join the program by entering your mobile number and checking the text messaging consent box on our Elite Club sign-up form at magicseastravel.com/elite.html. The box is not pre-checked, it is separate from our email consent box, and neither box is required in order to browse our site, request a quote, or book travel with us.

The consent language on that form reads:

“Yes, please text me. By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — including trip specials, promotions, and replies to questions I send — from Magic Seas Travel, LLC at the mobile number I entered above, sent from 866-652-6151. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.”

You may also opt in by texting us first at 866-652-6151, or by giving us verbal or written consent during a phone call or in-person consultation. In every case we record the date, time, and method of your consent.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy travel from us.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages (866-652-6151). After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. If you want to join again, just sign up the same way you did the first time at magicseastravel.com/elite.html and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have permission from the account holder for, the mobile number you provide. The program is available to subscribers with U.S. mobile numbers only.

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are never sold, rented, or leased.
