Magic Seas Travel, LLC (“Magic Seas Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a United States–based travel agency specializing in Disney vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.magicseastravel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our email program, and our text messaging program sent from 866-652-6151.

By using our website or submitting a form to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not buy contact lists or scrape personal data.

Information you provide directly

• Contact details — your name, email address, and (if you provide it) your mobile phone number.
• Travel preferences — the destinations, trip types, and travel seasons you tell us you are interested in.
• Trip and quote details — party size, travel dates, budget range, special requests, and similar information you submit when requesting a quote or booking.
• Communication consents — whether you have opted in to marketing email, marketing and informational text messages, or both, along with the date, time, and web page where you gave that consent.
• Correspondence — the content of emails and text messages you exchange with us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard web server and form-processing logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

Information we do not collect on this website

• We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or Social Security numbers through this website. Payment for travel is handled directly by the cruise line, resort, tour operator, or host agency using their own secure systems.
• We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising tags on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare travel quotes and itineraries;
• Book, confirm, modify, and service your travel reservations;
• Answer your questions and provide customer support, including by text message if you have opted in;
• Send you Elite Club membership information, deals, promotions and travel news — but only through the channels you specifically opted in to;
• Maintain records of your communication preferences and consents, as required by law;
• Protect our business against fraud, abuse, and spam submissions;
• Comply with our legal, tax, and Seller of Travel registration obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

4. How We Share Your Information

To successfully fulfill your travel arrangements, Magic Seas Travel must share certain personal information with third-party travel suppliers. These suppliers include, but are not limited to, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and ground transportation providers.

• Fulfillment of travel: We share only the details necessary to secure your reservations, verify your identity, and accommodate special requests (such as dietary or accessibility needs). These third-party suppliers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data once the reservation is made.
• Service providers: We use a small number of vendors to operate our business — for example, our website form processor (Formspree), our email provider, and our text messaging provider (Grasshopper). These vendors process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
• Host agency: We are affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group, which may process booking records on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our company, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or lease any client data to external marketing firms.

5. Mobile Information & SMS Data

Your mobile number and your SMS consent record are used for one purpose only: to send you the messages you asked for, and to prove to carriers that you asked for them. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out so that we can honor it — we do not use it to contact you again.

6. Marketing Communications & Consent

We may use your contact information to send promotional messages regarding new vacation packages, resort deals, cruise specials, and agency updates — but only through channels you have expressly opted in to. Email consent and text message consent are collected as two separate, independently optional checkboxes on our Elite Club sign-up form. Neither box is pre-checked, and neither is required in order to browse our site, request a quote, or book travel with us.

Email communications

You may opt out of our promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, by using our preference form, or by contacting us directly.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Magic Seas Travel, LLC at 866-652-6151. Informational messages may include replies to questions you send us and information relevant to your existing bookings. Marketing messages may include discount codes, special deals, and texts promoting our products and services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How to Opt Out

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any message from 866-652-6151. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further texts.
• Email: Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Either or both: Use our Manage Preferences form.
• By email to a human: Write to bookings@magicseastravel.com with the word “unsubscribe.”

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a trip you have already booked (for example, a schedule change or a document reminder).

8. Cookies & Website Technology

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally to remember interface preferences. We load fonts and icon libraries from Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s public CDN; those providers may log your IP address as part of serving those files. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which records the submission and the submitting IP address for spam prevention.

9. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to service your travel and to meet our legal, accounting, and Seller of Travel record-keeping obligations. Marketing contact records are kept until you opt out. Records of SMS consent and of SMS opt-out are retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance with telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion as described below.

10. How We Protect Your Information

Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to client records to the people in our agency who need them to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please do not send sensitive identifiers such as passport or payment card numbers by unencrypted email or text.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, request that we delete it, and opt out of marketing communications. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under state privacy laws.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website and messaging program are intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Travel bookings frequently include children as travelers; in those cases we collect only the details the supplier requires, and only from the booking adult. If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be communicated through the contact methods you have opted in to.
